    Yes. In addition to the severe Civil Penalties which can be imposed by DHS, any person can be imprisoned for up to one (1) year for a willful violation of the New Law. The term person can be reasonably defined as anyone participating in a willful violation of H.R.4437, including Human Resources Managers or anyone else involved in the hiring process.
